How to Play

1. Letters fly in from all four edges of the screen — left, right, top and bottom — at varying heights and speeds.
2. Tap vowels only (A, E, I, O, U). Each correct tap earns +10 pts and spawns a fresh vowel. Tapping a consonant costs −5 pts.
3. If a vowel exits the screen un-tapped, you lose −5 pts. More letters appear as time passes — stay sharp across the whole screen.

Expert Tips
Peripheral sweep: Don't fixate on one letter — use a soft, wide focus so your peripheral vision catches vowels entering from the edges before they get too far.
Read, don't guess: A wrong tap costs the same as a missed vowel. Only tap when you're certain — scanning first is faster than recovering from penalties.

Vowel Blitz

Goal

Letters fly across the screen from all four edges. Tap every vowel (A, E, I, O, U) before it exits. Avoid consonants.

Scoring

  • Tap a vowel → +10 pts, streak grows
  • Tap a consonant → −5 pts, streak resets
  • Vowel exits un-tapped → −5 pts, streak resets

Streak Bonus

Every 3 consecutive correct taps adds +2 bonus points per tap on top of the base +10.

Difficulty Ramp

  • 0–20s — 5 letters on screen (1 vowel)
  • 20–40s — 7 letters (2 vowels)
  • 40–60s — 10 letters (3 vowels)
  • Speed increases gradually from 70 to 130 px/s throughout
