Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google and store a Google account identifier — no password is stored in this case.

When you play games, we record your scores, game slugs, session timestamps, and daily streak data. This information is used solely to power your dashboard, leaderboard rankings, and streak tracking.

When you use the Lavee mobile app, Google AdMob (our advertising partner) may collect your device advertising ID and other device information to serve relevant ads. This is handled entirely by AdMob and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect payment information. Lavee is free.

• To operate your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To display your scores on the leaderboard and your personal dashboard.
• To track your daily streaks and game history.
• To serve advertisements in the Lavee mobile app via Google AdMob.
• To respond to contact form messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with third-party services only as described in this policy.

The Lavee mobile app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and other signals to show you personalised ads.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Lavee does not display ads on its website — ads appear only in the mobile app.

AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We use a single session cookie (lavee_session) to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and contains no personal data beyond a session identifier.

We use localStorage in your browser to save your theme preference, game scores pending submission, and install prompt preferences. This data never leaves your device.

Google Fonts — We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type) as part of serving font files.

Google Sign-In — If you choose to sign in with Google, Google authenticates you and shares your name and email with us. We do not receive your Google password.

Google AdMob — Our mobile app uses AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob collects device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See the Advertising section above.

All third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

Your account and associated scores are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at our contact page.

Passwords are hashed using PHP's password_hash() with bcrypt. Sessions are handled server-side. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Lavee is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Lavee after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
