By accessing or using Lavee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Lavee is a free browser-based brain training platform. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or any other means to artificially manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content through any feature of the Service.

To access certain features (score saving, leaderboards, streaks), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive language. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all associated data including scores, streaks and achievements will be permanently removed.

By submitting scores, usernames, or any other content to the Service, you grant Lavee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your username on the leaderboard).

You retain ownership of any content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your personal information or gameplay data.

All content on Lavee — including game designs, graphics, code, text, and the Lavee name and logo — is the property of Lavee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Brain training games are designed for entertainment and general cognitive engagement. Lavee makes no medical claims about the health benefits of using the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the Service is free, is zero).

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Accessing them is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Lavee, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
